oh no! If there is a piece you love then fill out the ‘Notify Me’ box on the product page and you will be contacted if it comes back into stock. I will also keep an eye out for anything similar and contact you if it crosses my path.
I hope that you are over the moon with your purchase. However, if you have any concerns please do contact me and I will do all I can to assist. You have 14 calendar days upon receipt of your goods to make a return and your refund will be issued within a further 14 days. You will be responsible for the cost of returning your goods via post - I recommend it is sent tracked and signed for as I cannot take responsibility for anything not received or damaged on arrival.
Returns must be notified in writing to hello@100handpicked.co.uk. All goods must be returned in original packaging, unused (cushions not sat on by people or pets, lampshades not dented or marked) and from a smoke free environment.
It is stated clearly when items are antique or vintage rather than brand new. These pieces will show signs of wear which adds to their charm and authenticity. Do not expect them to be in perfect condition - please study the photographs carefully and read the item description. If you would like more detailed images or have any questions please don’t hesitate to ask me as I am very happy to discuss. I cannot be held responsible if the piece you are interested in sells in the meantime whilst waiting for additional information.
Sadly I cannot be liable if an antique or vintage piece breaks once it has been accepted upon delivery. Items need to be treated with care and appropriately for their age and condition.
