Vintage hand embroidered silk cushion, made in the Swat Valley of Pakistan. Sewn by young women as part of their dowry, these tribal textiles are becoming very hard to source. Intricately sewn with small gold buttons and tassels around the edge. The extra long size makes them excellent for sitting on a large bed or over sized sofa.

Excellent vintage condition, the seams are quite fragile so not to be jumped up and down on!
